Yes! Sky Clothing ensures 100% originality. All products are sourced, designed, and manufactured under strict quality control to provide you with authentic clothing.

Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards.

Do you restock items?
Yes, our popular products are restocked frequently. You can also follow us on Instagram/Facebook for restock updates.

Are your fabrics comfortable and durable?
Absolutely. We use premium fabrics to make sure our clothing is comfortable, stylish, and long-lasting.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for faster checkout and exclusive offers.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS after placing your order.

How do I know my order is shipped?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is processed, it cannot be changed.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer / Debit & Credit Cards.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged or wrong product.


DELIVERY

When will my package arrive?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days nationwide. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

How is my order delivered?
We partner with reliable courier services including M&P, TCS, Trax, and Leopards.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders above PKR 3000 → Free Shipping

  • Orders below PKR 3000 → PKR 200–300 nationwide (depending on courier and location).

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, Sky Clothing only delivers across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our support team.

Can I ship to an alternate address?
Yes, you can add a different shipping address at checkout.
